Through a series of 1:1 sessions over Zoom, I lead us through a slow gentle spiral from big picture vision down into the teeny tiny details.
Layer 1: Your Vision
We start by tuning back into the vision you have for your life and your program so we can eliminate what isn’t lighting you up and make sure that we’re elevating your program to grow with you.

What’s fuelling you and what’s draining you in your program right now? How well is your program supporting the life you want to lead? What is the current learner experience like?
We use your clearly defined vision to inform all our decisions moving forward, so we can design a sustainably scalable offer that works FOR you and can grow with you.
Layer 2: Your Learner Archetype(s)
Who are you serving through your offers? More and more frequently, we don’t have just one type of learner that we’re serving…

So if we don’t take the time to clearly define our different archetypes, there is not only a ton of confusion in our messaging, but it also weakens the journey we’re providing through our offers.
When we know who we’re serving, it allows us to build an intentional pathway that flows through our entire curriculum, giving us the opportunity to create customized experiences (without the extra 1:1 time).
Layer 3: Your Signature Framework
Having a signature framework goes a long way into elevating you from just another service provider into a memorable brand with proprietary brand language and concepts.

Your framework is so much more than an acronym or a list of steps: it literally frames and encapsulates your entire body of work.
You can use your framework to craft assessments for your programs, to define learner journeys, to structure your offer ecosystem and so much more.
Layer 4: Your Offer Ecosystem
Your offers don’t exist in silos. All the different ways you support your people, from workshops, to 1:1 services, to programs, and everything in between should work together harmoniously.

This starts by defining the macrostructure of your program - where are your people starting and where will they be by the end of the program? What are the modules and program components they need to get these results?
Layer 6: Your Program Details
Last, but certainly not least, we map out the details of your program. What are your talking points? How are you teaching people - video, audio, text, something different? Does your current platform still work for you? What existing materials can we repurpose?

This is the layer that people try to jump to which ends up at procrastination station because you’re missing the structure that the first 5 layers provide (not to mention trying to choose a course platform before you even know what your course looks like).
In this layer, we map out all the moving details of your program so that you have a clear blueprint of what’s needed to bring it to life, and what existing materials you can repurpose.
By the end of our time together...
You’ll walk away with a detailed strategic outline of all the moving pieces of your framework, ecosystem and program, conveniently distilled into a living document so that all you need to do is create your materials and you’re ready to launch.

While the layers and milestones for each program are the same, every one of my clients is a little bit unique - so I adapt and adjust as needed to make sure that you are getting exactly what you need to feel 100% confident in your dream program.

To kick things off, I review any existing feedback you have from your leaners so that we can identify if there are any problem areas that need some particular love and attention throughout the process.

We meet once a week for a 75 min session - you bring your brilliant self and whatever helps you feel cozy, and I ask you roughly a million questions to pull all that juiciness out of your brain. I take notes during our sessions, building your Strategic Guide as we go along and I also give you the option to record if you would like.

In between our sessions, you can voice or text message me all your questions, ideas and brainstorms (or send pet pics).
Occasionally, I may give you a small amount of homework, such as “think about names for your framework” or “see if you can break up this process into 3 steps”.
Homework is always optional and adaptable to your current workload.

Throughout our sessions, I am distilling, sequencing and mapping all the concepts we discuss for your elevated program.
By the end of our sessions, you will have a detailed guide outlining your framework, modules, lessons, core content, activities, action steps, tools, and more!
I am truly, deeply invested in your success. For this reason, I take on a very limited number of 1:1 clients at any given time.

Short answer: No. None of my services include done-for-you course creation.
Long answer: I believe that when it comes to the actual building of your program, once you have a solid program blueprint, the creation of your materials draws on a few different areas of expertise. We work together in a done-with-you capacity to pull the brilliance out of your head into a highly-detailed program map.
From there, you can either create the materials yourself (with the help of my courses and templates) or I can recommend other experts to support you such as graphic designers, videographers, tech VAs etc. -
I love helping improve existing programs- I recommend you check out my Elevate Existing private design service for how I can support you with an existing program.

My biggest priority is that you feel 100% confident and in love with your program by the end of our time together. Sometimes we may need an extra session or two to make sure all of the details are in place. In this case, the extra sessions are included in your package fee.

It depends on the size of program you're creating and how fast you like to work.
In general, a signature program will take about 2 months for us to map out (3-4 weekly sessions a month, with the last week of each month off for us to integrate and catch up).
Every client is different, I have some clients who presell and start building their programs in the middle of our work together and others who prefer to finish our time together, and then take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to build out their program.
The important thing is to honour the way you work best and to go at your own pace.

Absolutely. In general, I find more time is needed than just one session to really map out a powerful offer. That being said, if you want to pick my brain or get my eyes on your program outline, you can email hello@emilymwalker.com to book in. Session fee is $1100 USD and must be fully paid before the session.

Yes! A 75 min session is a great opportunity to map out the perfect launch event to lead people seamlessly into your program in a way that feels great for you. We can also brainstorm prelaunch content runway topics.
This launch planning session is included as a bonus if you pay in full for any multi-session package. -
I'm currently booking 1.5-2 months in advance. As I only take on a limited amount of clients at a time, the spots tend to fill up quickly, especially in January and September.
I don't take any new private clients in August or December. -
